Francine bought the “eyesore” of a small Fire Island community despite local naysayers. Inspired by her vision of the perfect beach getaway, Francine wasted no time – she overhauled the property within 60 days – just in time for Memorial Day. The property was later featured in “Newsday” only reaffirming her fascination with real estate.
